winning most games. If the objective is motivation, there were options for instilling that. Pretty sure Jimmy Barton would have given maximum effort every second he was on the court if given such an opportunity, and it would have really bothered Namon to watch an obviously inferior player steal time from him simply because he had a proper commitment to the defensive side of the ball.
