running off some of the players. But he is the person who is responsible for getting players to do what he wants. He couldn't do it and them moving on was probably best because a talented player who won't listen is worse than an average player who will. The players saw what most fans saw which was that he was a D2 coach with no recent D1 history and really didn't deserve the job other than the fact that he used to play here. He had the deck stacked against him from the start because of his lack of qualifications and the lack of respect he had walking in on day one. He couldn't get the players to buy-in and losing multiple freshmen and sophomores over two years will probably end up being the nail in his coffin.
