other coaches hired at the same time into similar or worse situations have flourished. The whole "he inherited a tough situation" excuse is dumb. Almost every coach who takes over a new program inherits a bad situation. The good ones can turn it around quickly. Kim isn't a good one and it was foreseen from day one that this was the likely path.
