Phillips and Horton had similar freshman years on bad teams. I think if Terrence improves he will be better than Jason but they were similar players as freshman. Jason never improved much and hopefully Terrence does. I'm worried that both are going to have the same curse which is a lack of above average talent around them. I remember having the same opinion of Horton after his freshmen year as I do for Phillips. I thought both could be good starter level PGs for their remaining 3 years here. Horton never improved much. We'll see if Phillips does.
HIs love affair with Bello is weird, I will give you that.
