Mike Anderson only won 16 games his 2nd year. But he beat Maryland and Purdue in the non-con and beat a couple of top 25 teams in conference play.

Larry Krystowiak only won 15 games his 2nd year but that was nearly triple his first year total and he beat a couple of tourney teams in conference and was close to beating a couple of top 10 teams.

I have seen nothing from Kim that makes me think he is close if only he gets a little more time.
