Kim when he took over a program under NCAA probation filled with bad eggs from the previous coach? How did Buzz Williams take over a 9-win Virginia Tech team and win 31 games with primarily new players? The "situation" excuse is a pretty weak excuse and it's not a legitimate excuse for 19 wins over two years and being the worst program in the conference and possibly in the country.
