Or the value of players doing what they are asked to do.
His first team could have been really good if they would have listed to the coaches and embraced the roles asked of them.

Although that team and this years team have the same problem. No clear cut go to player. The last couple Mizzou teams were full of guys that didn't have the mindset to be the man. If any of the players this year develop that mindset Mizzou can have a winning season.
