place that couldn't do his job but the CEO and Board wouldn't fire him otherwise it would make them look like they didn't know what they were doing so we struggled for years, I constantly hoped Senior management would do what was best for the company but they didn't, so I took early retirement the first chance I had. The Board finally ousted the CEO and moved the Sr VP out of his position. So sad to see a similar thing at MU
