I was at that Indiana game. Vaughn Dunbar ran for something like 200 yards in the second half and we gave up a solid lead. Johnson put a nice drive together to get us in a position to tie at the end and then, yes, we got a gift. I always viewed it as a little karma payback for the fifth down.
With a win there the Tigers likely would have started 4-1 against a pretty tough schedule. I always thought that was Stull's best stretch as the prior year's win against Arizona State turned out to be a bit overrated as ASU finished 4-7 that year.
