Hammering ASU the week before and winning v. CU would have definitely sent the program in a different direction, but Mizzou never really recovered after the 5th down.
If you were actually at the Indiana tie game the next season, you would have seen that as another opportunity ****ed away. The big break was the 2 pt. conversion Phil Johnson converted. Had there been replay, Mizzou would have lost. He was down before the ball crossed the goal line.
