I didn't say Corby wasn't good.
I said the two-quarterback experiment that featured Corby was a failure. Smith should've played Corby exclusively from the moment his redshirt was burned.
Same for Farmer/Daugherty. We had one capable quarterback and a coaching staff determined to play two. The mistake was in playing two.
I'm not arguing to argue. That's you. You're reading what you want to read.
My only point is that a two-quarterback system that actually features two unique and talented quarterbacks can work. The examples of failures do not represent that. They represent forced two-quarterback systems when one was clearly superior and the other had no business starting at Mizzou.
When you enter the season with two quarterbacks who both know they will play and both have clearly defined roles, it's not "screwing around" with them to play both IMO. You've gotta do it with a clear reason and buy-in from both guys, but as long as Zanders is capable and both guys know why/when they'll play, I see no reason it would be a problem.
