He commits to becoming the point of contact for any referrals needed, and, at my age, that could be more than a few. I don’t have kids to worry about, and, that would be a complication.

I do think that health care will begin to be bifurcated (like education) into more private/public platforms as physicians simply wear out on the “reimbursement” model currently managed by insurers and Medicaid managers.
