winners like AZ ST and rewards the best teams, even if they don't win their conference. Now and really going forward, there's no b12 team that will be CFP caliber. (1) outright football NC 41 years ago and (1) shared 35 years ago. With NIL and TV deals, there will be a talent drain for the 2nd-tier conferences. You're right when you say none would finish in the top half of the SEC.
