Nothing has really been settled. Attorneys are lining up for Title IX lawsuits right now. And it all starts up again. And smaller D1 schhols will definitely consider dropping mens non-revenue sports. Not all schools will increase women's sports to the max # of scholarships that will be allowed. May depend on how rich they are in football money.
