Are the new roster limits one of the most absurd aspects of the settlement agreement? Teams simply don’t need this many people on these teams. And the richest schools will have the advantage of fully funding scholarships so another advantage to the rich schools. (On top of more NIL advantages)
My understanding is if you fully fund scholarships in say football and MBB, you will have to fund more for the women’s sports too. Also seems like another bad move for Mizzou baseball to ever be relevant as you know some SEC schools will fund more scholarships Mizzou Baseball will never be able to afford to do (let alone the better NIL packages).
Not sure being an SEC poor is going to be a great place to be.
