LB3's deals - the Old Vienna chips, Imo's sponsorship, appearances at Drewing Automotive, commercials with an STL law firm. Those are true NIL deals - he was able to use his name and status as a Mizzou football player to pitch goods and services.
Pay to play - OU and Texas Tech both have arrangments that every player on the roster gets a payment. If there's no other obligations that's pay to play.
In the reporting on the House settlement it was estimated 2/3 - 3/4 of deals would be rejected by the clearinghouse as they would not meet the standard of being a "true" NIL deal.
