Unrestricted authority.
Should a general leading his troops in battle have to ask permission before he can do something?
Should the CEO of a corporation have to ask permission before he takes action?
Shouldn't those people, who have earned the position, the authority and the responsibility to make decisions be allowed to make them? There can be reviews after action, but I don't think the president of the United States has to say
"mother may i" to a triumvirate of judges in the circuit court or to all 677 federal District Court judges before he makes and enacts s policy decisions.
The president was elected to be the leader of the United States. Why not give the president the benefit of the doubt unless or until the Supreme Court ... or something more than one particular circuit court or one rogue partisan federal District judge decides that the president of the United States is not fit to make policy for the United States?
