r he wants with a pen. I'm happy his m.o. is to bring attention to an issue, make an EO (whether it will stick or not), bringing more attention to the issue, and then putting pressure on Congress to act in the will of the people.

It's the only tool the populist president has and I give him credit for it.

I didn't expect most of the tariffs to stick but did expect and I'm happy with the massive outrage and bluster over them - all which just initiates other action, conversation, awareness.
