I'll ask again seriously, why can't Trump just find a judge to rule the opposite of what the socialist America hating judge ruled?
Then you would have two judges ruling and opposite fashions. That would cry out for a supreme court decision, would it not?
Why does the argument stop after a single judge Sometimes from bum fvck Idaho decide what America's foreign policy, energy policy or economic policy should be nationwide, or even worldwide?
This is judicial activism at its worst.
Those that say they fear the end of democracy are in fact spurring on the end of democracy. The solution to me seems simple, at least as far as expediting it to the highest level in the land.
Clearly, as many of you have been kind enough to tell me, I'm not smart enough to be a lawyer. Some of you are. Interested in opinions here.
