they didn't rule that "trump doesn't have authority for tariffs"

both parts of your subject are factually incorrect.

If you made the attempt to first understand before emoting and reacting, you might to a lot less of the latter.

You also shouldn't be surprised by this ruling, if you have any interest in what tariff powers POTUS has and the history involved.

If you want others to have conversations with you and not react like I just did, do a little work.
