Good points. Not all, but most of the lower district court judges are meddling or interfering into matters outside their jurisdiction. In some cases lower courts have intervened in matters, in which Congress expressly excluded the judiciary. For various reasons the SC has so far refrained from reigning in lower courts and are letting the process percolate. However, this approach, allowing lower courts to micromanage the Executive Branch serves to discredit the Judiciary Branch in the eyes of the public.
