How so.... 40+ million people are on Food Stamps that is a nice bit of untapped working potential. Why not put all of them to work and earning their keep?

I'd say taxpayers supporting a whole Group of lazy irresponsible and shiftless bums with Food, Housing, medical, and other amenities is Dumb, when we get nothing from it. Plus we have another 1.8 million prisoners who need to be put to work or use as lab rats.
