wealthy, and it's been happening for decades. The investor class has done well, the working and middle class have suffered. Pat Buchanan knew this, ran on it, and lost. Trump knew this, ran on it, and won. As Pat Buchanan stated in an interview after Trump won in 2016, the returns on globalization were in, and voters realized what I was saying was true. Paraphrasing of course.
