No mention that the allegation of gang affiliation in the he was a member of MS-13ms group in Long Island, NY, not Maryland?

So we have claims of gang affiliation based upon alleged testimony of an informant provided by a crooked cop, and claims about articles of clothing, and that he was arrested at a hardware store where others who had and didn’t have gang affiliation were found.

All of that aside.. the Alient Enemies Act doesn’t apply. And Due Processnwas not followed.
