Most MAGAs seem to miss what bothers some people about this case. I am not a fan of Garcia. I have said several times on this board he should have been deported a long time ago. My issue is the process that has (or has not) been followed. He should have been deported when he first got to the US, as he was illegal and did not apply for asylum then. There is a legal process for deportation, though, and it was not followed when he was recently deported. It is not Garcia that I am interested in, it is the process that needs to be followed. Trump cannot simply deport whoever he wants whenever he wants. He has to follow the law. There may be some on the left that think Garcia is a choir boy, but most don't. And yet MAGAs keep claiming that everyone upset by the issue love Gang members, instead of understandign the real issue.
