What are you trying to say? Fair? what do you mean by fair? Life isn't fair, some people are smarter in different ways, better athletic in certain ways, Some people just make differnt choices. Education isn't about being fair education is really about giving the citizen the proper tools to put themselves to excell in the culture and system that they live in. In the 1800's people needed basic math skills and reading skills to run farms and such. There were apprenticeships in some areas. and always have been. The education system is no different now it is just socciety is failing for a lot of different reasons. do you want me to explain that to you.
