because they orchestrated the whole thing. The NCAA has nothing do with it. And I would think they would want some decent OOC matchups early in year and encourage through their committee influence. JMO. I'm sure they don't want the SEC having 64 OOC games of Charleston Southern, Samford and Mercer. Again JMO. And I disagree. It is a completely new era and system.
