When you won't consider a different point of view for yes it is arrogance. I agree with you. If they simply consider only conference records of course. If they take in OOC in the future it might be important. But it's year one. But IMO at some point there has to be a way to differentiate the conferences because if you have 15 teams with 10-2 records in these huge conferences who is better?
