And yes 12-0 have been left out before of the old system.

Herbstreit and many others have said "the Committee" needs to take in strength of schedule in the future. ESPN talking heads have said they don't like this system if leads to no playing any games OOC. I agree with you. They may very well continue in this vein. But after a single year I think they very well could tweak it and give more weight to things like SOS.
