Seems to me that they could reduce the number of scholarships that a school must offer in the NIL era. 50 to 60 for football and 10 for hoops seems like plenty. Reducing football scholarship requirements would help get rid of some sports, with lil to no TV value, that are offered simply for Title 9 compliance/equity. This would reduce the costs of this weird system.
