enables universities to complete campus construction projects and hire additional employees across the board, including professors.

Even a casual observer could see first hand the effect on Mizzou when the bottom dropped out of Mizzou’s enrollment following the insane CS1950 protests in 2015. Progress in completing the Campus Master Plan stopped on a dime. There are still construction projects that were slated to begin that haven’t started ten years later. Specifically, the cladding of the Arts & Science building and Middlebush (B&PA) in the same material used on the Student Commons was to start in 2016 and it hasn’t happened yet.
