arguing about 10-12 slot seems like a waste of time. Expansion to 12 did the central job of making sure all the debates of who was 2 and 3 in the BCS era and who was 4 or 5 in the 4 team era is gone. No one is debating whether Texas or Penn St or Ohio St should be the 4th team in anymore.
