person who is going to concern the average cop with how do I subdue him. Being Black probably was a factor, the speeding expensive sports car is a factor, and Hill being the sociopath he is, is a factor. People don't grasp the job, the threats that every encounter creates for police.

They tell you something, it shouldn't take you a minute to comply like Hill took. It a joke to make Hill a civil rights hero.
