You know damn good and well that that is not a lawful order. He had is window down spoke to the officer and gave him his license and then the officer asked about his seat belt. The officer turned to run his license and then Hill rolled up his window that is when the officer ordered him to roll it down and then threatened to pull him out and with in 3 seconds they did and then put him on the ground and handcuffed him. Officer will probably be terminated if hill wants him to.
