Guilt is determined through trial.

I’m saying that the evidence brought through impeachment/trial process suggests there may be evidence of insurrection. So I can understand someone (say, Fiji) making an argument that Trump should be disqualified.

I don’t know and haven’t said there is sufficient evidence to support the claim - only that there is some merit. “Some” isn’t quantified.

The main point I made is that we have no way of resolving the question of whether he engaged in insurrection or not.

Which you completely ignored in your rush to assume that I said he was guilty of insurrection.
