an argument for the imprisonment of people indicted and not convicted for crimes or is it just applied if it's a POTUS you dislike?

Trump wasn't impeached for Insurrection.

Do you think, in any interpretation, that the 14th meant "if someone is accused of insurrection by partisan opponents (with a little bi-partisan support), that counts as guilty?

I don't care how happy or sad you are about it. I think it's sad we have sham political trials that allow for people to construct adn believe these types of arguments. FIJI is steadfast in his belief that Trump is GUILTY OF INSURRECTION AND INELIGIBLE.
