as appropriate, as if they are constitutional scholars, when they stupidly believe they can use the constitution as a cudgel against political enemies.

But they conveniently ignore the part about innocent until proven guilty.

The constitution is a tool when convenient and a hindrance that can be disposed of when expedient.
