I think Mizzou probably thought Kobe would return for this season, bu the time he made his decision they missed on some forwards that would have helped.

They also seemingly went all in on Shedrick only to miss on him and a few of the plan B/C types waiting on a decision.

Obviously this offseason they have to hit on the transfer bigs they go after while seeing more development from the underclassmen
