was hired on as bb head coach at Mizzou and then given the ridiculous buyout.

As with the current baseball coach these things had nothing to do with merit or competence. After more than a decade of mostly garbage athletic performance in the SEC if Mizzou hiring someone to fill these positions purely on the basis of skin color doesn't make you angry you are not a fair minded person or much of a fan.
