enough money. Presumably money is a reason they haven't brought our stadium up to typical SEC standards yet.
and as mentioned earlier improving facilities can pay off in increased revenues & likely NIL donations.
We already have a pretty good recruiting class. Throwing more than $12 million at it could well produce only marginal improvements on the field.
Many teams spent far more than we did and their teams still underperformed.
But even if it bumped us up a few spots in the rankings by the end of the year, if NIL changes drastically in a year or two as you seem to expect, and we are left with a smaller, less impressive stadium and smaller crowds, would those slightly higher rankings translate into a long lasting upgrade in the Missouri football program?
A balance in spending the money seems appropriate.
Do you know that it wasn't the donor who stipulated where his money should go?
