excuse me, "facilities enhancements" (which would pale in comparison to the ROI from using that money to take advantage of the current anything-goes recruiting environment).

"gift" in quotes because I suspect it came from a contractor with strings attached, rather than a true donor.

"NIL" in quotes because it's not Name/Image/Likeness, it's just pay-for-play.
