Giving minutes to some of these burnout turds over his talented underclassmen seems like a refusal to commit to growth. Like he's trying to squeeze wins out of what he has today rather that developing guys for what he'll have in the future. And he really doesn't need to work this way. The AD clearly is willing to be patient and let him build his program.
