And stable program.

The only way to have made this year better than last year would have been to Chase even more high end transfers, and all that does is mortgage your future.
Just like the very best teams do not get in a cycle of chasing one and done players every single year, the best teams do not get in a cycle of chasing a roster full of transfers every single year. They develop guys who stay on campus for at least two years.

In order to build the program to where we all want it to be, this year had to be a bit of a step back. I don’t agree with his utilization this year, but it would also be ludicrous to fire him and not give him a chance to bring in the talent that he has signed.
