If the process includes continuing to play Honor and Carter significant minutes, this team will not beat any top level competition, nor will the team be building for the future.
I believe Gates will continue to give these players significant minutes given they are in their last year.
Unfortunately, they are defensive liabilities and not talented enough to take on top level competition.
