DRF has the definition of "improvement" as it relates to Pingeton coming back to coach the team for 24/25.
As stated below, it is hard to fathom part of the definition of "improvement" not including making the NCAA tournament.
IMHO if Pingeton does not change her style of coaching she will not be here next year. A repeat of last year will result in a mass exodus of players who have the ability and can go elsewhere.
We all want the team to do well and succeed on and off the court. The ball is in head coach RP's hands.
