Roe 73 wasn't a law at all, it was just a false (leftwing activist) interpretation of the Constitution.

The '22 SCOTUS simply ruled that the '73 SCOTUS *interpretation* was incorrect (that abortion rights are NOT enshrined in the Constitution).

My point was that a conservative majority isn't going to "legislate from the bench" in this case (and given the bipartisan support of this bill, I doubt a leftwing SCOTUS majority would strike it down either).
