"justices" do (e.g... 1973 Roe v Wade).

The SCOTUS has a right-leaning majority, and conservative justices tend to uphold the constitution as intended (e.g... 2022 Roe v Wade).

So what you're suggesting is extremely unlikely.

(Note: I'm pro-choice and hated the '22 Roe decision, but it was correct from a jurisprudence & constitutional standpoint.)
