We’re threatened by his behavior that day and his history proves they had every reason to feel that way. It took three people to subdue him and no one had any intent to kill him.

Putting Penny in jail is absurd but if that’s the world you want to live in, where law abiding citizens can’t protect themselves from violent criminals, then New York is your kinda town.
