well maybe because I understand how markets work and what incentives will drive choices.
and I never said bad actors can always be prevented. that's a strawman created by you, which you do a lot. I said that 6 dead people, including 3 children is unacceptable results from a security service. If the police were a private security firm, your socialist views would be all over that as another failure by the free market.
