how do you know they were under the impression the government would provide adequate services? It's quite possible they felt their security procedures were adequate, aside from the market.

I understand the impact of public services on the free market, I don't need a lesson on that.

Why you just can't understand that bad actors are never going to be prevented, even in the free market is quite dishonest
